RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please read the policy below before returning any items to us. Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined below.

  • Customers must return items within 14 days of the dispatch date shown in their shipping confirmation email to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Exchanges are available for UK customers only.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be included.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers must complete and include the returns form inside their parcel.
  • Please specify clearly whether your request is for a refund or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for checking stock availability before requesting an exchange.
  • If the requested exchange size is unavailable, a refund will automatically be issued.
  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility until delivered back to us.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be rejected and returned to the sender.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage or alteration
  • Items marked, stained, stretched or bleached
  • Items carrying scents such as aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke

Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty or where customers are entitled to cancel under UK consumer law. Once an order has been collected by our delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

RETURN PROCESSING

Please allow 5–10 working days for your return or exchange to be processed once received.

SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days unless stated otherwise (e.g. pre-orders). All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is correct. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
